We use for the white wines: Sauvignon, the sémillon and the muscadelle one.
At least two type of vines must be assembled to market our wines in AOC Bergerac. This rule imposed by the INAO makes it possible each wine grower of the area to have a more individual wine and brings the complexity and the diversity of our wines compared to our neighbours.
