The variety of the soil makes it possible to produce wines of characters, they are fine, flexible, rather fruity wines with flavours of strawberries, blackcurrants and other fruits red.
They can be drunk young and be preserved according to the years between 5 to 10 years.
They accompany the red meats, steaklets of duck, cheese and the desserts with the chocolate.
